This bill is one of the scariest things I’ve seen in a while.
It is a clear power grab by the Unions, and brings images to my head of stereotypical Chicago Union “organizing.”
What is in the best interest of workers is to have a right to vote by secret ballot on unionizing or not. This ensures that the workers’ decisions are not influenced by intimidation from the company or the unions.
